Best WHS V1 System DIsk Imaging Software

Just wondering what the best practice options are for imaging the System Drive.  Is there anything that can image the system drive automatically/periodically without impacting the server operation?

As long it's only imaging the C:\ partition, and not the D:\ partition, it should be fine.

Also, if you add new disks, or remove them from the pool.... it may cause issues later on. (as they're mounted to folders on the C:\ drive).
