Best VESA wall mount for touchscreen All-in-on PC?

Hi Guys, I was wondering if anyone had any experience in this area. I am in need of a basic mount for a touchscreen AIO windows 8.1 PC. The main difference between this mount and say a TV mount is I would like to be able to tilt up to the flat position (parallel with the ceiling) for data entry if need be. This request comes from the fact that its primary use is a data entry machine in a small medical office.

I have found the following mount, but I am a bit leery of it due to not having any reviews.

Thanks for any advice!

P.S. The AIO computer has a 21.5 inch screen and a 100x100 VESA mount that is either 14.4lbs (according to amazon) or 19.8lbs (according to the MFG datasheet).

Ergotron is available through CDW:

I have used their products. The are well built and cost more. As you note above your AIO weighs about 20 pounds. That is a lot on the end of an arm and in an office environment it would get used a lot.

Max load on this one is 25#:

I have tried them all over 10 years. The big joke is that after hours of googling I found ERGOTRON and was just about to order from USA and discovered that they are Australian and was going to pay $80 for delivery from USA when I could get them cheaper from here and free delivery.

They just work. The monitor can be adjusted in any configuration, at any angle, at any tension and clipped on or bolted thru a desk.

I have 4 other systems that I have bought and discarded. 2 cheaper and 2 more expensive.
