Looks like it handles second generation i3-i5-i7 that are 65w or less.

 

These make nice HTPC, but I don't know if it needs a special heat-sink or drive brackets that turn a $126 deal into a money pit.

These tend be be loud, which rules them out as HTPCs IMHO.  The normal desktop versions are much quieter, as they use 80mm fans as opposed to the 60mm on the USFF.
