One other option would be get 2 HP V1910 switches you can then make a bundled trunkline using copper even instead of fiber with 2-4 of the ports to give you better bandwidth on the trunk.  better Cisc

Digikey is a great place to get better fans. This link is already narrowed down to 40 x 10, 5VDC, two wire:

They are rated by sound level as well.

Lower noise usually means lower CFM.

The Copal's at $10 are quiet. The Sunon for $4.31 move more air.

Fans should be here this week I will get one installed and see how she sounds.  Thank You for the advice / link.

 

One of my switches did not come with the 2 rack mounts. Should I source the from ebay / amazon or another location.

Try asking Netgear support. They shipped me a free set of rackmount ears + screws after I explained that I bought the switch from eBay and it was missing them.
