TS140 Audio Issues

I bought the Xenon processor version of this microserver hoping to use it as an HTPC, but I'm having trouble with the audio. Using a display port to HDMI adapter to my LG receiver is only producing 2 channels. Is this microserver only capable of 2 channel output?  Will I need to get an audio card to get surround sound?

Are you suggesting I roll back the driver? I'll give it a shot.

I don't understand audio. Shouldn't the DP/HDMI just passed the signal to the receiver? Why should it care how many channels it sends on?

Unfortunately, rolling back the driver didn't help.

Actually I would go to the Intel site and grab the newest one.

You may want to check with Lenovo to confirm that they support HD audio on the TS140.
