Fresh WS2012E R2 install with errors in the health report

Thank you all so much! I was worried that the install was corrupted or there were other problems that I couldn't resolve and that one day I'd lose my install, server, or data. I'm pretty good with home PCs/Windows, but my only server experience is WHS2011, and it never had any such errors.

 

I really wish Essentials had an option to install w/o a domain, even if they left the price the same.

 

The motherboard is new and hasn't had any problems with any other installs. The SSD on which the O/S is installed is an older Crucial RealSSD C300 and may be the problem with the delayed access warning. That IS a problem I know how to resolve (thankfully).
