Now it sounds like they are going to continue to use the name and the designs, while standardizing on Toshiba flash chips. I think a big issue OCZ had was too many drive models, due to too many chip sources. Toshiba makes great drives, but they are OEM focused and did not handle retail well. Done properly, this could be a very good joining of technology. At one point in time I think OCZ had 9 different families of consumer SSD. Now they have 3. Focus is a good thing.
