They will, but if you're planning four of them to max it out, you should really get the KTD-PE316ELV/8G, which are 1.35V.

Bought two sticks of KTD-PE316E/8G (Kingston), according to Kingstons memory configurator they should work.

Sadly no one had them in stock so I have to wait a few days :(

The ones you bought are compatible, just that the ones I recommended would've work at lower voltage (and could go up to above 1.5V).

I don't know which country you're in, but Dell also sells an 8GB compatible Hynix UDIMM, maybe you can get those instead.

I am running mixed ECC and not ECC in my n54l and it works great.

I assume mixing ECC and non-ECC would mean that all of it is working in non-ECC mode.

I got two sticks of KTD-PE316E/8G memory. Put them in the white slots, + I moved the 4GB memory to slot 3.. Total 20GB of ram.

And now the servers hangs after a some hours and have to be rebooted.

Can it be because of the 4gb ram ?

*edit*

Reinstalling ESXi now.
