Heartbleed

Is my WHS v1 vulnerable to the Heartbleed bug when accessing remotely (Remote Access, Photo Share, etc.)?

If so, how to I fix this?

Thanks!

Have you applied the April Security updates?  When I run the URL it reports "Uh-Oh"  Something is broken or the server is safe.  We can't be sure.

This particular Site sounds like a scam to me.

I also used the LastPass site and got back:

Detected server software of Microsoft-IIS/7.5
That server is known to NOT use OpenSSL and is not vulnerable.

I'm not sure if it's a scam or not.  I found it referenced in this article from Forbes:

I'd trust the LastPass site before I'd trust someone asking for something to fix it.  Either way, WHS does not use Open SSL

Thank you very much.  Now I can feel comfortable turning my Remote Access back on!  :D

Yup, IIS does not use Open SSL.  I think at one time there was an Open SSL plugin for it but you would know if you were messing around in that area.  Ditto on the LastPass.
