Windows Updates for April

All updates applied successfully on my WSE12R2 box.  So far, so good.  But is it necessary to follow these steps after?

1.) update the ADK

2.) Delete the (2) boot images in WDS (x86 and x64)

3.) Delete the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Server\Data\ClientRestore\8.100.25984_8_100_25984_6.3.9600.16384\0409 folder

4.) Go to Dashboard, to Home|Setup|Set up Client Restore Service, and click the Restart button.

No, it's necessary. But that would update the WinPE image used to match the OS version used. Which isn't a bad idea.
