If Ebay is available where you are, look at the CPU prices there just in case they are cheaper.  I'd also look at either the Xeon E3-1260L or the Xeon E3-1265L v2 as they may be similarly priced, and yet you get two more CPU cores.

 

While this is just personal preference, I prefer SSDs that use MLC flash as opposed to the TLC found in Samsung's Evo, because they are usually rated for more write cycles.  While this is being really picky, it means that I'd look at the Crucial M500 or M550 line instead, which are reasonably priced.  If I couldn't get those, the Evo would be my second choice.
