Are all drive bays SATA 3?

OK. Thanks. So Im looking here there is only 4 drive bays. I imagine that the 5th one is the ODD? So Front drive bay 1 & 2 are the SATA threes? I haven't opened this baby open yet but is there a internal USB port in there?

Yes, the 5th is the ODD SATA II (3Gb/s)

Yes, L to R - 1 & 2 are SATA III (6Gb/s) 3 & 4 are SATA II (3Gb/s)

Yes, just left of the System Board power Connector which is just left of the ODD SATA Port on the System Board

Note:  If you upgrade to an HP Smart Array P222 RAID controller, or some other types (e.g, Adaptec) , it is possible to make your backplane (all four drives) SATA3.

 

However, as others have said, in stock configuration, only the first two bays are SATA3; the remaining two are SATA2.
