HP might swap a 485 for 490 (what happens to my data?)

Worst case, you can always have both servers running at the same time and move the data by removing one drive from the pool of the 485, adding to it to the 490, copying that much data, removing the 2nd drive from the 490, copying that much data, and so on and so forth until you have it all done. Do you have enough free space to do that?

Alternatively, if you put the 4 drives into the 490, it should work. You can then do a server restore using the 490 CD and that will replace the 495 OS partition with the 490 one. I think you'd be ok along that route too.

Personally I'd do the former option just to make sure nothing gets lost.
