Gen8, Xeon E3 1220V2

Hey

 

Can confirm the Xeon E3 1220V2 is fully functional on Gen8. See attachment.

 

I currently have only 2 cores enabled.

If the temperature doesnt climb significantly during stress, i will enable one more core and so forth.

In the next coming days ill run wprime, passmark and measure the degrees on 2,3 and 4 cores enabled.

I will try later today.

Last time i tried CoreTemp 1.0 RC6 on Server 2012R2, the system halted. I'll try to verify temp. readings with my IR thermometer.
