tried adding a picture but won’t upload sorry

link to where I got them

I've recently received some very similar memory from Mr Memory (https://www.mrmemory.co.uk/memory-ram-upgrades/hp/proliant/microserver-gen8-g1610t). I have a single 8Gb which I replaced my stock 2GB with. On booting I end up with a red screen saying NMI detected. I believe this means the memory isn't supported.

My part number is:

Hynix 8GB 2Rx8 PC3 - 12800E - 11 - 12 - E3

HMT41GU7AFR8C - PB TO AF       1402

I've upgraded my Bios to 2019.04.04 but that didn't help. I'm looking into getting the Service Pack for Proliant. Is there any chance that would help?

I'm looking for an 8GB additional stick from the UK and really am struggling to work out what will work or not. Can anyone recommend an 8GB stick that will definitely   work and its silly money.

will this work?

Or can someone recommend something better?

That looks like it should work.

It is a good idea to run a matched pair have you searched for a match to the 8GB stick you already have?

My current one is:

Kingston kth-pl316e/8g

Would this work with it even though it’s not Kingston branded.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2P-KTH-PL316E-8G-2-Power-8GB-DDR3L-1600MHz-ECC-TS-UDIMM-Compatible-Part-03-/233772008789?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49292

But I’m struggling to find another stick that’s not £50+ and coming from abroad.

Also I’m sure I read that because I have an intel i5 3470T that I can’t use EEC ram but it looks like my current Kingston ram is EEC??

If it is an unbuffered DIMM with ECC 1600mhz it should work, but mixing DIMMs can cause issues.
