JayBee Posted May 15, 2013 Share Posted May 15, 2013 All the talk about pricing for windows 8.1 was not in regards to the "upgrade" a lot of tech news sites got their wires crossed and spread a tonne of misinformation that windows could possibly be charging for blue. The wording used my ms in regards to "pricing" of blue was more about buying retail full copies of windows 8.1. It was always going to be a free upgrade for existing win8 users.
