Hello!

I have a Highpoint RocketRAID 2720SGL. It contains five 3TB drives (Hitachi), all in a single RAID-5 array.

If we look at the page Storage Health Inspector (SHI) in the WebGUI, we see
that one hdd drive have bad sectors found & repaired. Amount of them increased from 36 to 42 for two weeks. Is it so bad?

It's likely that that 1 drive is starting to fail. Since it's a RAID5 array, you could just shut down, replace that drive, and boot back up. The RAID card will rebuild the array from the redundant data.

BTW. If it was my system, after removing the troubled drive, I would run SpinRite on it. If it passed OK, I would put it on the shelf for future use.
