Remote Music Player not working (Black / Blank) app

Hmm I got directed to the wrong support team, some American server guy just called me said my incident has gone to wrong department. They have to close my ticket and told me to call the regional UK WHS 2011 support team on 0844 8002400. Sounds like a run around to me. Highly unlikely this issue will ever be fixed but interesting to see what they have to say about it.

MVP means very little these days MS don't share hardly any inside info with MVPs like they use to in the past. Everything at MS is in lock down now, during the Windows 8 development we were told very little about what was going on. I'm more likely to get lastest news reading the public blogs!

0844 8002400 this is just the main Microsoft support phone number, same computer voice menus as last time. Trying to get the ticket reopened and directed to the right team, if they even exist.

Apparently an escalation specialist is going to call me, seems they don't know where to direct support requests for this product.
