Those looking for 3TB Reds, it's your turn.

I think these will get cheaper in a few short weeks. Evidenced by what is happening to the 2TB's recently.

I can't take credit...looks like Diehard took care of it this time.

Back to the reds....it's tempting but I must resist. So far I have been home earlier than the wife so I have snagged the last 3 Newegg boxes before she saw them on the porch. My luck will eventually run out!

I just went with one for a specific application to replace a green drive in my HTPC to quiet it down.

But, I use the same logic and look at potential delivery dates when ordering computer stuff -- as long as they ship it today or tomorrow I'm good -- my wife works late this Friday and Monday so I'm OK for deliveries on those days. If the delivery date gets pushed to Tuesday you'll know my luck has run out and with our Anniv on Sat!

I bought six of these. (I had my wife buy three also) I have two HP MIcroservers I am testing and ready to put into production! These came up just at the right time.

Passed on these. I have ten 3TB drives and five 2TB drives, all seagate. I probably have all the drives I need for a while.

Thank you for taking all those 'S' drives off the market. It's very generous of you to relieve the rest of us of that burden.

Nice job John. You guys are way faster than I am on that stuff.

Adding a link to it.
