Warning pop-up about AMD VISION Engine Control in WHS 2011

I just installed an MSI HD 6450 video card in my HP N40L.

But I am getting a Warning pop-up that says:

"The AMD VISION Engine Control Center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled graphics adapter. Please update your AMD graphics driver, or enable your AMD adapter using the Displays Manager"

With only and OK to exit out of the pop-up.

I installed the driver using the DVD that came with the card, and it installed the AMD VISION Engine Control Center as well. But there is definately an issue as the Control Center freezes up.

Is there a way to use this card in my N40L without issues?
