I'm not certain those RAID-6 numbers are right. 4 2TB drives in RAID-6 would fail (Pessimistic MTTDL) after 296,624 YEARS?

So, best balance between speed/reliability is RAID-1+0 (10) but for pure data reliability RAID-6 is king.
