Hi all

After I installed the modified bios (thanks DIEHARD), I installed a extra PCIe card for a extra HD (ssd) witch I wanted to use for my OS, But this aint working :(.

I played with some of the settings in the new bios, but I cannot find the right settings.

I switched the card form PCIE 1 en PCIE 2, no difference.

Is it even possible to boot form a new sata controler?

Does anybody had any problems with this?

I would appreciate it, if somebody could point me in the right direction.

many thanks

What my erstwhile southern friend is really asking is, "Why don't you just connect the SSD to the connector the current OS drive is connected to, and connect the current OS drive to the new SATA card?"
