Beyond Compare does a great job of file syncing and, in a way, deduplication. I compared a whole lot of sync tools here:

This software will definitely help you. Try Duplicate Files Deleter. It is perfect for photos, files, music, etc. It will give you a detailed analysis of how much space can be saved if you delete the files and what were their original locations so that you know what is deleted from where
