Thanks you jmwillis. I apologize - just checked my gmail spam folder. seems it was routed there. Gmail is a bit touchy when it comes to spam filtering :-)

To be sure, the program is confusing but I guess you get what you pay for.

What I sent to the other guy was really nothing more than screenshots with the API Codes marked out.

jmwills send me the how to also I am interested in how you set everything up. My nick @gmail.

I have never had a problem setting up the services for Sabnzbd but I do remember having an issue with the helper service once but that was my fault after an update.

I do like the idea of running a VM inside the server for security/virus reasons. But I only DL msgs never binaries =)

OK np I don't need that. What VM soft are you running on your server or did you do it bare metal?

That machine is running as an XP client inside of a 2008R2 Hyper V server. I've been running for about 5 months and got it all setup and then upgraded and things went screwy. Reverted back and all is well. I use it to grab my TV shows.

Same here (ref. TV shows) except I run it on an old Atom based netbook that served no other practical purpose besides a door step. I have thought about moving it to one of my VMs but honestly just don't feel like re-setting up all the nzb sites and having it run and re-check all my folders for completeness. I probably should just so I could make a backup of the VM.
