Rooted and Rom'd my Incredible

I have been getting so frustrated with my dinc that I almost wanted to sell it and upgrade. I was getting a lot of "low memory errors" it was sluggish and annoying. I finally rooted it and put cyanogenmod 7.02 on it. I love this phone again, it is fast and everything works flawlessly. It took me a while to figure out how to edit the build.prop file to make verizon visual voicemail work, but it is now. If anybody needs any tips on the rooting the incredible, let me know.
