Cluster Size for video HD

I just bought a 2T Samsung for my HTPC that will be dedicated to Blu ray folders and TV. I have read numerous posts about the best cluster size, 4Kb or 64Kb. I understand the theory, I believe. What I want to know is what are you using and is there any evidence it makes a difference?

Windows 7 32 bit

ASUS P7H55D-M EVO motherboard

Samsung Spinpoint 1 T Hard Drive

2 Avermedia AverTV HD Duet Tuner (4 Tuners)

Haupauge 1800 Tuner

Sticking with the default (4K) size and a good defragmentation utility (Diskeeper 2011). Tried 64K at one point, and it didn't seem to make a big difference.

SageTV used to recommend the 64K size for recorded TV content (not for DVD / movie rips). Even Sage has stopped recommending the practice.
