Recommendation for 2 port add in GigaBit Card

I am looking at creating a software router/firewall, based on the BYOB podcast. I would like to get a card that has two ports in it, so I do not have to take up two slots. Any recommendations?

The intel ones are all over $100. I did notice a 4port one from supermicro for around $100.

Most of the old gear that is repurposed for projects like usually have a onboard NIC. Does yours?

Or better yet, get a board with dual NIC's on it. Also, you probably don't need gigabit for a router/firewall. 10/100 is probably good enough. I'd take a good quality 10/100 over an el-cheapo gigabit anyday for that type of application.

I have a VM Server that already has 3 nics, 2 onboard, and one intel pci card. I want to add 2 more.

Good point on not needing GB for that, more of a latency issue. So where can I get a cheap high quality 100MB board?
