No RAM upgrade, no CPU upgrade. It's as good as original as it was on day one. Comes with original box, CD's, and all the other stuff that was in the box. Booklets, etc. It will come with a 500GB drive just as it did from HP. If you would like me to upgrade the RAM I can do that for you for cost. I'll wipe the server so it will be good as new for you. You pay shipping. I'll get a quote from either USPS or UPS. Your choice.
