itGeeks Posted September 7, 2020 Share Posted September 7, 2020 Sounds like it could be a driver issue. Try booting in safe mode and see if it boots. By doing this, the Windows 10 screen will be displayed to you normally. Now click on the power button on the right and then select the Restart option to restart Windows.
