Getting Black Screen After An Update!

Recommended Posts

If it is an upgrade from a previous version of Windows 10 to version 2004, then I would go ahead and see if the guide you link to, is helpful.

Sounds like it could be a driver issue. Try booting in safe mode and see if it boots. Also see if there is a Bios update from computer manufacturer...

If all else fails see if you can roll back....

When this happens, the monitor screen turns black, you just need to press the three keys Ctrl + Alt + Del on the keyboard. By doing this, the Windows 10 screen will be displayed to you normally.
Now click on the power button on the right and then select the Restart option to restart Windows.
According to Microsoft, your problem will be solved and it will no longer start with the black screen.
