I changed the CPU of my Gen 8

Hello friends.

Today two CPUs arrived for my two Gen 8 servers

I had bought two different models

Quote

1 - Xeon E3-1220L v2
1 - Xeon E3-1265L v2

However, the seller sent the first model wrong, and sent me a Xeon E3-1220 v2

According to this comparison LINK he two are very similar.

I used thermal paste MX-4 (2020), and put heatsinks on the other chipset on the motherboard.

The speed of FAN today, in both GEN8 is 6%

I know that the Xeon E3-1220 v2 consumes much more energy, but can this be a problem? It seems to be slightly better than the Xeon E3-1265L v2.

Between these two models, which is better in performance?

TDP of 69W is very high, even with the 65W replacement cooler from HP that costs a fortune, so I personally wouldn't use that CPU.
