Client Restore does not complete on Dell Laptops

I had to Client Restore my Gigabyte home -built desktop PC and it worked great. I then thought to check my 2 Dell laptops. They both download all the Drivers for System Restore, logon to the server and display all the daily backups, but then selecting the particular back does not work because it cannot see any drives. Only the Restore USB and the System Reserved partition are visible and this is confirmed in Disk Management.

 

It seems to be something common related to the Dell laptop setups, so has anybody any idea what could be the cause?
