Is the CD connected to the internal SATA port? Do you have the B120i enabled?

The CD drive did work when I was using server 2012 and installing the OS using Intelligent Provisioning, its currently powered up and saying its working correctly but is not booting from DVD or reading other disks, so I am assuming it needs a driver, how do I see if B120i is enabled?

I have found that I don't have this enable, it gives me a red warning about data loss if I enable it.

Do you have Intelligent Provisioning updated to the latest version? IP may not work with Server 2019, IP only works with supported OS. Have you tried to just boot from the DVD or use the ISO to create a bootable USB drive?

the cd drive will not boot, I am having to use a usb cd drive, just thought as was doing a fresh install that I would try and get the internal cd drive to work again, it has power and spins the disk but that is all.
