Do we have any metal-heads here?

I seem to remember a few people saying they enjoyed heavy music.

If you're at all into metal or heavy music, check out Van Canto

They're a power/heavy metal 'a capella' band (no instruments, but they do use drums). It sounds like it would be lame, but you've got to hear it to believe it. :)

Covering Manowar's

(I'm a Manowar fan so I can't get enough of this!...)

Covering Iron Maiden's

Covering Nightwish's

(They played Wacken a few years ago, I'm not kidding!)

(You'll have to listen to it to get it.)

Another good one in the unusual metal bands is Apocalyptica. Four cellists from Finland. Some sweet covers of Metallica -

- and originals too. Edited by timekills

List to Metallica

.and this one to correct your mind. Metallica themselves. I could watch metallica tv all day.

I've heard the Fade to Bluegrass stuff before. Strangely addicting. Try

- it almost sounds like it should have been country.
