Start with different number of discs

Hello:

I have a HP microserver Gen8 server to which I want to install OpenMediaVault on Debian, to be able to use it as a NAS.

I replaced the CD with a hard drive, where I would like to install the system.

As long as the number of disks connected in bays 1 to 4 does not change, everything works, but if I start the server, for example, with one less disk or with one more disk than those included in the installation, Grub is not able to start the system, since the correlation sda, sdb, ... changes.

The last configuration I have now is that the server starts from a USB flash drive, where I have installed Grub and / boot. On the AHCI 5 port, a 120 GB disk with the rest of the system.

I have been searching the forum and there is a lot of talk about repairing GRUB, but I do not need to repair it, I need to be able to configure it properly.

Can someone guide me on how you can configure Grub to start the system independent of the number of disks you have inserted in bays 1 to 4?

Thank you
