HP Gen8 Microserver - Wont Power On - Flashing Red Light

I recently bought a hp gen8 server with a broken cpu socket with the view to replacing it and using the server as a backup for my gen8 server.
After successfully changing the lga1155 socket (luckily have a lab that can do this at work) and putting the gen8 back together it wont power on.

Upon pushing the power button, the fan spins for less than a second then stops and the system light flashes red quickly.
I can connect to iLo, but not sure what to look for.

Extra info:
- No drives are fitted.
- 1 stick of ram is fitted.
- The bios battery was probably out for 1 day whilst the lga1155 socket was changed.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you tried logging into iLo to check the log files? they may shed some light as to the issue.

What type of RAM are you using? What CPU did you install?
