Hyper-V won't Enable

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to get a Docker install going, I am running Windows Server 2016 Standard currently.

Docker tells me Hyper-V is not enable and tries to Enable it and asks me to restart for it to say the same thing again,

So I checked the Add Features sections manually enabled Hyper-V and restarted, after restarting the Hyper-V Section is unticked...

I checked the BIOS and Virtualisation is enabled?

Am I missing something in Windows or the BIOS to enable?

Many Thanks

-Jonathan
