Microserver keeps having failures and booting to DHCP screen

Afternoon!

My G8 keeps having the following error

POST Error: 1784-Slot X Drive Array - Logical Drive Failure

It then gets stuck in the DHCP boot loop.

This can be resolved by simply rebooting the server through the iLO.

The drive in question is the main boot drive (SSD) and appears to be healthy. I have replaced the SATA cable also and reseated the drive.

Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this? I have the latest firmwares i believe, and I am currently running Windows Server 2016 on it.

Any helps appreciated.

Cheers
