Dave 411 Posted March 5, 2018 Well, my phone is awesome and yours sucks! LOL This is just a simulation and I don't see it being very popular. Do you?
Trig0r 173 Posted March 5, 2018 Nope, 18H/s is 0.45 ETN/Day, thats not going to do much for anyone lol
Dave 411 Posted March 5, 2018 Well, for micro payments it may be fine.
Trig0r 173 Posted March 5, 2018 Think they might have oversold the whole thing...
Dave 411 Posted March 6, 2018 Probably so. Ideas still have merit.
Dave 411 Posted March 6, 2018 I'm at .78 ETN at roughly 24 hours. I'm not sure if it has been on exactly 24 hours but that is my 24 hour total. My phone has been off the charger for 2.5 hours and the ETN ap has used 2% and been in use that entire time while off the charger. It's the top draw on the battery and I've been on the phone a lot this morning. I'm currently at 87% and the phone is estimating 15 more hours at current rate. Pixel 2. If you take this out 30 days it comes out to roughly 23 ETN per month. @ .06 cents per ETN = $1.38 @ .08 cents per ETN = $1.84 Not a lot but that is not what is in play. I still think this model has merit. It might not be ETN but I think micro payments have a future.
Dave 411 Posted March 8, 2018 Another update. Thursday, almost 3 days with several interruptions where I didn't realize it wasn't running and had to restart the miner, I'm up to 3 ETN.
cskenney 150 Posted March 8, 2018 So you are at about $0.15 or $0.05 per day. I guess the gamble is that this ETN coins could jump up in value.
