AMD Radeon Display Shuts Down on Remote Login to Windows 10

I have a strange problem that is bugging me. AMD Radeon shuts display via DP1/2 when I remote login to my Gen10 device. It stays shut down even when I exit the remote login.

I do not have a VGA monitor, I am using DP to HDMI converter to connect to DVI port on my TV. After everything is setup, I was willing to disconnect the TV and use the remote desktop to manage the device. However, the display ports are shut down right after windows is logged on.

Is there a setting in Radeon that can keep the connect displays on DP1/2 to stay awake?

This happened after the windows updated the latest AMD Radeon SW. Before, when I had the default display driver, everything worked fine.

How do I turn display ports on? Anyone? I have both Full HD and 4K displays but the ports don't detect any signal. I have a passive adapter. Display only works on default driver, not on AMD ones.

Update, I have finally received the active 4k adapter by Club 3D. It does 4k at 60Hz without any problem. Display stays on even when you remote login to the device. Also, I am using Amazon Basics HDMI, they worked just fine. Thank God!
