How much memory?

How many and how big are the drives?

How are the drives configured, RAID or pool or JBOD?

What does Task Manager say when it freezes, is it a resource issue or something underlying that needs looking at?

KTM-SX313LV/8G appear to be Registered memory, so they will not work.
