CablDeViL
Just noticed on my new HTPC that when I shut off my system the HTPC turns fully off . Then when I use the remote to turn it on it will not power up (no power to the usb IR). I did the usual and told Win7 to power off to hibernate but that did not help. What should I try next and what are the recommended Bios and Win7 power settings on a HTPC. Thank you in advance for saving me 2 hours of playing around tonight. Bill Setting it to sleep is one option. The other is to to just leave the power on all the time. Depending on your HTPC, that may or may not be an issue. For me, one draws alot more power than the other. Keith
