britishbob
Hi Guys, Got an email from HP today Guess what one of the plugs was? » Is it time to invest in a server? Here are a few signs that indicate you may need the additional power, flexibility and security that a server can provide. You couldn't make this up could you? Guest no-control
Were they talking about a MSS or just a server?
solaralchemist
Could it be enterprise level severs?
pcdoc
I am guessing they are pushing their MSS... Or the new drobo....
jam3ohio
I've been getting those for awhile now. I bought enough hardware this year that they think I'm a small business in need of a full fledged server. Hmmm...maybe the microserver as a replacement for my 475? britishbob
Doesn't really matter what they're pushing does it? In the same month they pull out of the Home Server market they send out a mailshot encouraging us to buy a server! Tact is obviously not their forte! Same for planning
SabatonFan80
I got the same email as britishbob. It was basically just a little marketting letter that they send out once in a while. I doubt the group sending it out even had knowledge of HP's Homeserver products.
