DavMac
I have a problem free Gen 7 N54L with 8Gb RAM running DSM 5.2-5644 Update 3 with 4 x 4TB Seagate NAS drives in RAID 5 which is now full and I need more storage. Can I swap out minimum the 4TB drives with 8TB drives (one at a time / rebuild array) as per https://www.synology.com/en-global/knowledgebase/DSM/help/DSM/StorageManager/volume_diskgroup_expand_replace_disk HP state https://www.hpe.com/h20195/V2/Getdocument.aspx?docname=c04111672 that 4 x 2TB is the max capacity, which I have already doubled so I'm unsure what the limiting factor is. Just curious if anyone has done similar?
