Devi8 0
does anyone have experience with this? I want to know which one is the best and can you program it via the app?
Dewain27 0
So, I have had both the Radio Thermostat (AKA the IRIS branded one) and the one I have in my new home is the Go Control. Both program the same way and yes it is all through the app. Interestingly enough... all of the built in stuff is useless once you get it connected to Iris. Iris is just taking care of all the scheduling. The termostat just sends data back to Iris and all the logic is then in Iris.
cgrossmeier 0
Right now, I don't trust the Hub to report temp correctly and act on any events. I am getting old Gen1 devices reporting the temp as -1F inside the home. The last thing I need is for Lowe's to push an update and break a sensor and cause my home to either shut off or run constantly while I am away.
