Dewain27 0
Simply put, nothing. The new devices are really just smaller or prettier. If you notice the V1 keypad was huge and had logos stamped on it. The new V2 keypad is very simple and understated. Lowe's got feedback that the old devices were too in your face. So, they made them blend in better. The only new features that I have seen so far is that the V2 keypad has a motion sensor on it.
awraynor 98
Yes. No desire to replace anything based on what I've seen so far. Even more surprised how large the Smart Things sensors were when I saw them at the latest meetup. For the moment I'm not buying any new devices until I've settled on the v2 hub. Dewain27 0
I did also find out that the new devices are now ZigBee 1.
ThePurpleWing 0
Most of the V2 devices, IMHO, are made cheaply and from a lighter grade plastic. I have seen nothing in the V2 lineup that is impressive.
