schoondoggy
Playbars sound great, I have one under the TV in the master bedroom. In our kitchen, I had a Play 5, but wanted to upgrade. There was a perfect spot for a Playbar, but I could not justify the $699. I noticed on eBay there are several Playbars with broken optical ports, bad mounting job I assume. Even tough you can not connect it to a TV it still is a great Sonos speaker. I bought one, they seem to be go under $400. It fit perfectly and fills the kitchen with sound.
