scottamurphy Posted June 30, 2015 Share Posted June 30, 2015 Have an RT. Wouldn't you know it the warranty expired 5 months ago. There's a horizontal line on the middle of the screen. the images and screens display fine. However, above the line all is in a blue/purple/gray tone. Below the line it's properly colored. Took it to my MS store where I purchased it and was told it would cost $320 for a service call on it. Approximately 1/2 the cost of the unit!!Has anyone heard of this problem and/or have a solution? I could open it replace something but I'd rather not sine it's a bit more intense than a laptop. Thanks Scott Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
