RMansfield
Has anyone else come across anything similar? WiFi works as expected if I'm just using the Surface by itself. If I turn on my Bluetooth Logitech Ultrathin mouse, WiFi speeds drop drastically.
schoondoggy
Are you using the BlueTooth built in the Surface? Generally, BlueTooth is built into the Wifi chipset. I have had this issue with several laptops. Mainly if they have Broadcom chipsets. Go into Device Manger and see what Wifi chip is being used. RMansfield
I switched to the other channel on the mouse, and it's fine.
