oharamj1488993275
Hi! Really enjoy the Surface Geeks podcast, Have a quick question: I inherited a Surface this month from an aged relative, who couldn't make the adjustment from an old XP desktop to a Surface. (I traded him a Windows 8 laptop I bought on sale. :=) I learned that his original Surface RT had a power supply and/or battery problem in January and Microsoft sent him a new or refurbished RT. When I look at "PC Info" it shows the following: NVIDIA Tegra 4 Quad Core CPU 1.71 GHz And under "Display" it reports the recommended resolution is 1920 x 1080. So, is this actually a Surface 2? WolfJT
Yes you have the 2. The easiest way to tell is the back is grey and not black and the kickstand has multiple adjustment angles and it says Surface on the kickstand and not the Windows logo
