Bug In Sketchbook Copic Version

Something strange I noticed in Autodesk Sketchbook Copic Edition.

When I try to draw on the canvas, the pen offsets as if it was being scaled with the center on the top left corner. Even if I move the pen all the way down to the bottom right corner, it would be scaled down to somewhere around the center of the screen.

Also, in OpenCanvas it has the exact same problem, with or without the Wacom ISD driver.

If anyone could help me out on this one, I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

That's really weird. I've had a similar issue with the Monoprice Interactive Pen Display, but I've chalked that up to buggy Windows 7 drivers.

I've never used that specific version of Sketchbook. Can it be updated? Have you tried installing the demo of the current commercial version of Sketchbook Pro? I'm running version 6.2.4 on several machines and haven't had any trouble.

If the issue persists, it might be defective hardware.

I've tried the demo of Sketchbook Pro, and it works properly, so it's nothing to do with the hardware. It could be a mapping problem found in the Copic Version.
